Messages sent outside of business hours will be answered the next operational business day.

CUSTOM ORDERS and REFUND POLICY
All custom items are made to order and non-refundable. Once a design is approved, it is considered final and cannot be changed or refunded. We encourage you to carefully review all proofs before giving approval.

APPROVAL MATTERS
Your approval ensures we’re printing exactly what you want. Please double-check names, dates, and design before confirming. We print what you approve. We want you to love your design; should the design not print legibly, our designers will contact you with any suggested changes prior to shipping.

Shipping Policies:
TURNAROUND TIME
All custom orders ship within 1–3 business days after final design approval. (Please Note: Weekends and Holidays are not included in production time.) Need it sooner? Message us — we’ll do our best to make it happen!

CARRIERS
We ship via USPS and FedEx, depending on the size, destination, and urgency of your order. Tracking is included on all shipments.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

LOST or DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Once an order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages — but we’re here to help you file a claim or provide shipment details if needed. Please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number.
